Responsibilities
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value, customer needs, and market trends.
- Define, refine, and communicate product vision, goals, and user stories to the development team and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to translate requirements into actionable tasks and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment on product strategy and roadmap.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for platform-related questions, issues, and updates from stakeholders.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the market, industry regulations, and market access challenges to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with the UX/UI design team to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience in managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and prioritizing features.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and ability to apply agile principles in a fast-paced development environment.
- Hands-on experience using standard database management systems (Relational/NoSQL) for self-discovery of data and problem solving.
- Experience integrating data between systems; including knowledge of data mapping, transformation rules and managing data quality
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello) to manage product development processes.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
