Product Manager

We are looking for experienced Product Managers in Cards and Payments to join our exclusive talent pool of highly skilled experts for upcoming projects with in the UK and Ireland.

Roles and responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio priorities aligned to business goals
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through to launch and optimisation
• Use data and experimentation (A B testing, pilots) to improve product performance and customer experience
• Analyse portfolio performance and identify opportunities for growth, pricing, and optimisation
• Work closely with engineering, design, risk, and operations teams to deliver product features
• Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to support go-to-market and client adoption
• Ensure products meet regulatory and compliance requirements within financial services
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product decisions

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management within cards, payments, or financial services
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and optimisation
• Experience with experimentation frameworks and performance tracking
• Understanding of card products, payment flows, and customer lifecycle management
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
• Commercial mindset with a focus on growth and customer value
• Familiarity with regulatory and risk considerations in financial services
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into product solutions
