• The Sales Specialist will take part in the execution of the Commercial & Sales strategy in the Benelux area.
• Your duties include account management, business development as well as networking in the engineering/building community and supporting local industry related organizations.

Your main missions:

• Build demand by developing a network of key decision-makers, users, and advisors, and secure the company’s place on specification and vendor lists.
• Strengthen the company’s local presence by applying its policies and maintaining strong relationships with customers and industry bodies.
• Provide local market insights and cooperate with central teams to support sales.
• Grow regional sales and margins while improving the product mix.
• Report market trends and customer needs to the Sales Manager and central teams.
• Support the Benelux team, 7 persons, in reaching yearly sales and company targets.
• Define account goals and action plans together with the Sales Manager.
• Stay hands-on and adjust actions based on actual sales results.

Your profile:

• Previous experience in sales of technical products or systems.
• Full professional fluency in Dutch and English.
• Willingness to develop new accounts (approx. 60%) and provide excellent service to existing customers (approx. 40%).
• Autonomous, team-oriented, and hands-on mindset.
