Job Title : UK & Ireland Influencer & Community Manager
Location: UK (remote)
Salary: up to £50,000, depending on experience

With ambitious plans to expand into new markets and product categories, we are seeking an International Brand Executive to support our brand growth and deliver consistent, impactful marketing across multiple countries.
About the role
As an Influencer & Community Manager, you will build and grow a highly engaged, social-first community powered by creators, brand advocates, and loyal customers ,helping position Kendamil as one of the most loved and talked-about parenting brands online.
From developing meaningful long-term relationships with influencers and celebrity talent, to spotting emerging creators and transforming passionate customers into authentic brand ambassadors, you’ll play a key role in shaping a community people genuinely connect with and want to be part of.

Key responsibilitiesInfluencer management & strategy
- Lead and implement Kendamil’s influencer strategy, owning always-on influencer activity as well as delivering influencer activations for key campaign moments and product launches.
- Identify emerging creators, platform trends, viral moments and new partnership opportunities, ensuring Kendamil stays ahead of culture and social conversation.
Build and grow Kendamil’s ambassador community
- Develop and manage a best-in-class ambassador programme that drives advocacy, loyalty, social conversation and meaningful community engagement.
- Identify and nurture loyal customers into passionate brand advocates and long-term ambassadors.
- Plan and execute community activations that strengthen relationships with ambassadors.
Drive performance & optimisation
- Manage influencer budget maximising ROI across influencer activity.
- Measure and report on creator and ambassador performance to continuously optimise reach, engagement and commercial impact.
Support affiliate programme development
- Explore and help build an influencer affiliate programme to drive measurable sales.
- Work with Growth/eCommerce teams on tracking and performance.
Collaborate across Social & Paid
- Work closely with Social and Growth teams to deliver integrated influencer campaigns that perform across both organic and paid channels.
- Identify and scale high-performing creator content for ads and brand channels.
Ensure quality & compliance
- Guide creators to deliver authentic, on-brand content aligned with key brand messaging.
- Ensure all output meets brand guidelines and ASA regulations.
Qualification and experience:Essential
- Strong experience in influencer marketing, ideally within FMCG, parenting, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience managing creator communities or ambassador programmes.
- Proven track record of delivering influencer campaigns with measurable ROI.
- A social-first mindset with strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok culture.
- Commercially minded, confident managing budgets, negotiations, and performance reporting.
- Excellent relationship-builder with strong communication and project management skills.
- Experience managing celebrity talent as well as micro-creators.
- A passion for family, parenting, and wellness content is a plus.
Desirable :
- Experience in infant nutrition, baby food, or healthcare products.
