• Own the design process from concept through execution, ensuring a cohesive and functional product.
• Translate customer and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to research, design, and test user experiences.
• Develop and maintain visual assets and design documentation for implementation.
• Apply design systems and libraries to create consistent, high-quality interfaces.
• Conduct user journey analyses to inform product decisions and optimize usability.
• Ensure that design solutions meet usability, accessibility, and business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related field.
• Strategic approach to design, considering usability, accessibility, and business impact.
• Proficiency in Figma and design systems.
• Experience in user research, journey mapping, and data-informed design decisions.
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
• Access to a Mac with Figma (or preference for this design tool).
