About The Role
This role is seeking a Senior Product Manager who loves building complex, enterprise-grade products that users genuinely love. In this position, an individual will own a core product area within the platform, acting as the primary decision-maker for product direction, prioritization, and outcomes.
The individual will be responsible for identifying high-impact problems, shaping product strategy, and working closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to deliver solutions that create meaningful customer and business impact. This role requires strong judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to translate complex data and workflows into clear, actionable product decisions.
The individual will play a key role in evolving the platform, ensuring its products create raving fans while solving real problems for sophisticated marketing and revenue teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a complex product area end-to-end, from discovery through delivery, iteration, and long-term evolution.
- Define product strategy and roadmap for the area, balancing customer needs, business impact, and technical constraints.
- Translate highly complex data, workflows, and customer needs into clear product direction and actionable insights.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design to empower teams, align on solutions, and deliver high-quality experiences.
- Define success metrics for the product area and continuously evaluate performance to inform prioritization and iteration.
- Align with Sales and Marketing to ensure products reach the right customers and deliver on their intended value.
- Drive prioritization and make informed tradeoffs in ambiguous, enterprise-grade problem spaces.
- Maintain a high bar for product quality, usability, and attention to detail.
What is Being Looked For
- Senior-level experience managing complex B2B products, with clear ownership over product areas or major initiatives.
- Strong product judgment, with the ability to define problems worth solving and make informed tradeoffs in ambiguous environments.
- Proven ability to simplify complexity and translate data, customer insights, and constraints into clear product decisions.
- Deep curiosity and commitment to continuously improving product quality, craft, and outcomes.
- Experience collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing in a cross-functional environment.
- Comfort operating in evolving problem spaces where priorities may shift and requirements are not always fully defined.
- Passion for building products that engage users, create long-term value, and turn customers into advocates.
Bonus
- Experience with CRMs and/or Marketing Automation platforms.
- Familiarity with enterprise-grade SaaS products and data-rich workflows.
- Experience building or evolving platform capabilities that support multiple customer use cases.
Values Alignment
- Passion for helping customers succeed.
- Desire to innovate while maintaining pragmatic execution.
- Commitment to collaboration, learning, and having fun while doing meaningful work.
Additional Information
Why you'll love being a part of this team:
- Work with an immensely talented global team.
- Work in a business that’s run fairly and transparently.
- Competitive pay based on market rate wherever you live.
- Leading by example—showing industry peers and leaders how to innovate, improve, and grow—while having fun.
How this team works:
- Freedom and flexibility. This is a 100% distributed team working from around the world, and it has been fully remote since 2016. Team members can work from wherever they want in the world, as long as they show up on the weekly all hands meeting on Zoom.
- Solve interesting problems. The software landscape has exploded. There are dozens of solutions for each problem. The goal is to be different. Coming up with new angles on existing problems or inventing better solutions to help companies with their sales and marketing. Then turning these ideas into beautiful, smart software.
- Autonomy and ownership. Working on a distributed team means there isn’t someone micromanaging or looking over your shoulder to make sure you’re getting things done. It is a team of do-ers who take full ownership for their results.
- Be helpful. The first value as a company is help. Help customers be successful. Help prospects get the right information and make the right decision whether or not it includes the products. Help team members reach their full potential.
The perks:
- Unlimited vacation (and it is meant and taken!)
- Generous health, dental, and vision insurance
- Any equipment/software/tech that is needed to do the job
- Annual professional development stipend of $2,000 USD
- Equity - all team members receive stock options
- Annual company retreat for a week of bonding and adventure (previous retreat locations include Paris, Morocco, Tulum, Iceland, Ibiza, and India!)
