You will ensure that initiatives—from core roadmap features to rapid experiments—move smoothly from concept to release while maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborating closely with engineering, product, QA, and design teams, you’ll implement effective delivery routines, coordinate releases, and streamline operational processes. The role emphasizes structure, clarity, and operational excellence, allowing you to identify bottlenecks, drive improvements, and support cross-functional alignment. You will play a key part in maintaining execution rhythm, enhancing team productivity, and enabling the company to scale its digital products efficiently and reliably. Accountabilities
- Manage the full delivery lifecycle across backend, frontend, mobile, QA, and design, ensuring smooth execution from concept to release.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, refinement, and daily coordination to maintain alignment and delivery pace.
- Drive accurate estimation, task decomposition, and realistic commitments, monitoring progress and proactively removing blockers.
- Establish and continuously improve operational workflows, documentation standards, and delivery processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure UI/UX assets, product requirements, and QA test coverage meet agreed standards.
- Conduct post-release reviews, retrospectives, and process improvements to optimize delivery practices.
- Reinforce clarity, accountability, and transparency across teams, supporting onboarding and maintaining operational structure.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, Product Operations, or similar roles in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Strong understanding of software delivery across backend, frontend, and mobile platforms.
- Hands-on experience running sprints, planning releases, managing estimation, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional organization and communication skills, capable of managing multiple parallel workstreams.
- Operational mindset with a focus on execution, structure, and efficiency.
- Comfortable partnering with engineering leads, product managers, designers, and senior leadership.
- Experience in startups or high-velocity environments strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with delivery/project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Notion, Linear, or similar).
