Role Overview

We’re looking for an AI Product Manager with a builder mindset - someone who genuinely lives and breathes AI, loves experimenting with the newest technologies, and isn’t afraid to get hands-on.

This is not a role for passive roadmap managers. We want someone who actively explores new tools, prototypes ideas, validates them in the real world, and turns them into impactful product features.

You will own AI-driven initiatives across both B2C products and internal tools, working closely with engineering, data, operations, support, and fraud teams.

What You’ll Do

• Own AI product initiatives end to end: From idea to experimentation, launch, and iteration across B2C experiences and internal tools

-AI agents and customer support automation

-Fraud detection and prevention

-User journey personalization and monetization optimization

-Internal operational and tooling improvements

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities: Work closely with Product, Ops, Support, Fraud, and Data teams to find areas where AI can create real, measurable value
• Drive business outcomes: Own and maintain a prioritized AI backlog aligned with company OKRs and be accountable for results
• Experiment constantly: Play with new AI tools, frameworks, and models. Prototype fast, test assumptions, and ship improvements quickly
• Collaborate deeply with engineering and data teams: Ensure AI solutions are scalable, practical, and seamlessly integrated into existing systems

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on AI-driven products
• Proven experience shipping AI-powered features, products, agents, or internal tools
• A true builder mentality - you actively experiment with AI, test new tools, and build things, not just talk about them
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and frameworks such as Claude, GPT APIs, LangChain, Lovable, or similar
• Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, and AI workflows (you don’t need to code, but you must understand how things work)
• Experience using product and collaboration tools like JIRA, Asana, or Trello
• Strong intuition for AI-driven user experiences that feel helpful, intuitive, and trustworthy
• Comfortable working in fast iteration cycles and making data-informed tradeoffs
• Curious, proactive, and always staying up to date with emerging AI trends and technologies
