This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Enablement Program Manager in Europe. This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape enablement initiatives across multiple audiences, including internal teams, customers, and partners. You will manage the full lifecycle of learning programs—from initial needs assessment to content creation, delivery, and post-launch optimization—leveraging AI-powered learning tools to scale impact efficiently. Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams, you will translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning experiences that drive measurable business outcomes. You will play a key role in empowering teams, improving knowledge adoption, and enhancing the overall learning experience across diverse stakeholders. Accountabilities:

  • Lead enablement initiatives end-to-end, including project scoping, planning, execution, and post-launch analysis across internal, customer, and partner audiences
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex technical and product concepts into clear, actionable learning materials
  • Manage and optimize content across AI-powered learning platforms and supporting portals to ensure seamless learner journeys
  • Produce diverse learning content, communication flows, and engagement strategies tailored to target audiences
  • Curate, govern, and maintain content lifecycle frameworks, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and relevance
  • Leverage AI tools to scale content creation, enhance efficiency, and simplify knowledge delivery
  • Track program success metrics, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvements

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience delivering enablement programs or learning projects for multiple audiences, ideally in a B2B or tech environment
  • Proven ability to manage full enablement project lifecycles across concurrent initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of Instructional Design principles, Adult Learning Theory, and Knowledge Management practices
  • Experience coaching SMEs to create structured learning content and simplify complex technical topics
  • Familiarity with modern learning technologies and platforms, including LXP/LMS systems and AI tools for content creation
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Proactive, curious mindset with a drive to adopt new technologies and optimize learning solutions
