We are looking for a strategic and creative Product Marketing Manager to help shape product positioning, drive go-to-market initiatives, and support customer adoption in a fully remote environment. You’ll work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to deliver compelling messaging and launch successful campaigns.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for multiple audiences
• Lead go-to-market (GTM) plans for new feature releases and product launches
• Create marketing content including case studies, product sheets, blogs, and presentations
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with product teams to understand roadmap, customer needs, and use cases
• Support sales enablement with materials, playbooks, and product insights
• Analyse campaign and product performance to optimise marketing strategies
• Partner with customer-facing teams to gather insights and improve product narrative

✅ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or related roles
• Strong communication skills with experience writing clear product messaging
• Familiarity with market research, competitive analysis, and segmentation
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working fully remote
• Based in Australia with full working rights

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS, tech, or B2B environments
• Understanding of user behaviour, product analytics, or lifecycle marketing
• Experience with CRM and marketing tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Notion, etc.)
• Background in content creation, copywriting, or product storytelling
