What you will do:

• Own and drive the product roadmap for talent and company experiences, including gamified talent pools.
• Lead the creation of a new on-chain profile standard for Web3 professionals, blending identity and verifiable credentials.
• Source, evaluate, and close strategic partnerships with protocols, data providers, and job networks.

The ideal candidate:

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B, marketplace, or consumer social/gaming.
• Proven success shipping blockchain or Web3 products, especially involving on-chain identity or gamified engagement.
• Strong understanding of smart contracts, wallet interactions, and token mechanics.
