What You Will Do

• Define and guide system architecture and technical standards for complex, scalable distributed systems in a fast-paced delivery context.
• Lead and mentor a distributed team of engineers, ensuring high-quality execution through code reviews, testing best practices, and bottleneck resolution.
• Partner directly with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into executable technical plans and ensure timely project delivery.

The ideal candidate

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of owning architecture and delivery for complex, cloud-native systems.
• Strong background in backend systems, APIs, and distributed architectures, ideally within a consulting or client-facing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to shepherd technical programs from design to completion under stakeholder pressure while maintaining high standards for scalability.
