Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior People Experience Team Manager to join a fast-growing, fully remote SaaS company that prioritises people-first values. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about designing and delivering exceptional employee experiences. You’ll lead a small team and help shape the company’s people strategy, from onboarding to performance, engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a small People Experience team, supporting their development and performance
  • Collaborate with People and Leadership teams to evolve and deliver a first-class employee experience
  • Oversee initiatives focused on employee engagement, wellbeing, and internal communications
  • Support the design and implementation of People programs, including onboarding, learning and development, and feedback cycles
  • Measure and improve employee experience using data and feedback tools
  • Champion a culture of inclusion, recognition and employee growth

Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in people experience, employee engagement or HR business partnering
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first, global environment
  • Experience scaling HR programs in a fast-growing organisation is a plus
