Job DescriptionAbout Us:

Our client provides digital product companies with a unique approach to their payment infrastructure by acting as a Merchant of Record. This approach eliminates the complexity of managing a stack of payment-related applications and services, leading to faster, safer, and more cost-effective operations.

Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a strategic and high-impact Senior Partnerships Executive to establish a partnerships function from the ground up. Following early momentum from strategic partnerships, this role will be key to driving growth in the next phase. You will have a foundational role in shaping how the client identifies, builds, and scales partnerships to expand reach, strengthen offerings, and create value for customers.

This high-visibility, high-autonomy position requires strong commercial acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to operate strategically and tactically. Reporting to the CRO, International, you will work alongside Product, Sales, Marketing, and Legal teams to define the partnership approach and deliver measurable impact. As a key member of the broader GTM team, you will help build scalable growth across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and lead strategic partnership opportunities across the client’s partner ecosystem, including technology partners, referral partners, and strategic alliances.
  • Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle: initial outreach, partnership development, GTM alignment, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build scalable partnership models and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Define partner strategy by identifying market trends, opportunities, and insights.
  • Represent the client credibly and strategically in partner interactions, events, and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Drive adoption and growth of key partnerships, ensuring alignment with the client’s commercial and product goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams, sharing partner insights and influencing roadmaps and GTM priorities.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or platform-based businesses.
  • Proven track record of closing and scaling high-value, multi-stakeholder partnerships with measurable impact.
  • Strong commercial acumen with skills in modeling partnership economics and aligning with business goals.
  • Experience with complex ecosystems such as payment infrastructure, SaaS tooling, or marketplace integrations.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
  • High autonomy and accountability, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate effectively.
  • Strategic mindset with a bias for execution, balancing big-picture vision with quick delivery of results.

Our Commitment to Diversity:

The client is dedicated to removing invisible barriers and fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace. They value unique perspectives and recognize that every team member is unique. Applications from all backgrounds are encouraged, and accommodations are available during the application process and in the workplace to support diverse needs. The client is committed to building a safe and authentic environment for all team members.
