The Role

As a Performance Marketing Manager, the responsibilities include:

  • Designing, managing, and executing user acquisition campaigns across paid media channels such as Facebook, Google, search, display, and more.
  • Monitoring performance and continuously optimizing campaigns, using a data-driven approach and insights from A/B tests.
  • Participating in the full-cycle creative production, making data-driven decisions to enhance future creative development.
  • Ensuring proper tracking, analysis, and reporting, and contributing to automating campaign management processes.
  • Collaborating with the central Marketing team to create aligned customer communications across all channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging.

About You

You are an experienced performance marketer with a passion for data and a proven track record in driving user acquisition at scale. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy the challenge of using data to optimize and refine campaigns.

You will:

  • Have 2+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, especially in high-growth environments.
  • Be experienced in executing performance campaigns, focusing on Google, Facebook, programmatic platforms, ad/affiliate networks, and SEO optimization.
  • Have a proven track record of successful campaigns and a deep understanding of digital data analytics.
  • Be skilled at breaking down complex problems into smaller ones and thrive on working with data.
  • Have a natural curiosity and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the business.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the mobile app marketing landscape and how to drive app installs and engagement.
