Experience: 10+ years overall ETL experience, with strong Tableau and healthcare domain experience.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior ETL Developer with strong experience in data integration, ETL development, and Tableau dashboard development. The ideal candidate should have healthcare domain experience and be skilled in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and interactive dashboards to support business reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes for extracting, transforming, and loading data.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations.
- Build interactive Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Work with large datasets from healthcare systems and databases.
- Integrate data from multiple healthcare sources such as claims, patient, provider, and clinical data.
- Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across reporting solutions.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience as a Senior ETL Developer.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, SSIS, Talend, or similar.
- Strong SQL and database development skills.
- Strong Tableau dashboard development experience.
- Experience in data warehousing and data modeling.
- Healthcare domain experience (Claims, Payer, Provider, or Clinical data).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
