An innovative and rapidly scaling data and SaaS company, providing business verification services to Financial Crime teams in banks, law firms, payments service providers and other regulated entities. Their solution is a single access point to a live network of over 300 global corporate registries, through which we provide accurate data, integrated with innovative workflow tools. They were recently named a ‘Category Leader for Data Solutions’ and after a year of record growth, have big plans to expand.
Money laundering (the illegal concealing of the origin of money obtained from illicit activities) is a complex and growing problem that has a huge impact on everyone in society. Best estimates put the amount of money laundered globally each year at up to $2 trillion annually and these proceeds are connected to a range of illegal activities including drug trafficking, human trafficking, and terrorist financing.
Understandably, anti-money laundering (AML) programs are a significant focus for Banks, Payments companies and other financial institutions whose products are susceptible to be used for money laundering. That’s where they comes in; they empower regulated entities by giving them the data and tools to verify their business customers in a fast, compliant, and accurate manner. For many of these companies, they are a critical partner in their global AML efforts.
