It is for our partner AI Lab based in NYC. The role Join a frontier NYC AI lab to build the digital gyms where the next generation of AI agents learn to think. As a Prompt Engineer, you define what “good” looks like for the AI agent by writing the "rulebook" and job descriptions it follows. You will design the prompts that guide AI agents through tasks in environments, ensuring the instructions are logical, clear, and efficient. You will review demonstrations and data to ensure the AI is learning exactly what it should, identifying even the smallest inconsistencies before they become part of the model’s "brain".
