This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Tech Lead - REMOTE. In this role, you will strategically drive the technical direction for our partner's web platform and marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with engineering and marketing teams. Your leadership will ensure that the website's performance and security standards align with the innovative tech solutions we provide. This senior-level role calls for a hands-on approach, requiring you to take full ownership of engineering decisions and guide teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. You will play a crucial role in optimizing the web presence, focusing on scalability while maintaining an engaging user experience. Accountabilities

  • Define Technical Strategy: Own the long-term technical roadmap for the web presence.
  • Architect Scalable Systems: Lead transition to a headless CMS/Framer-driven ecosystem.
  • Drive Technical Excellence: Ensure a modern, lightweight, and debt-free technology stack.
  • Engineering Partnership: Act as the technical liaison between Marketing and Engineering.
  • Build-to-Enable: Create reusable components for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Performance & Security Oversight: Maintain high standards for performance and security.
  • Experimentation Infrastructure: Lead technical implementation of A/B testing frameworks.
  • Technical Mentorship: Provide architectural guidance and conduct code reviews.
  • Strategic Advising: Act as the senior technical partner for Marketing decisions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Marketing Engineering, Frontend, or Growth Engineering roles.
  • 3+ years as a Tech Lead or Staff Engineer with proven track record.
  • Experience owning and evolving production marketing websites.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with Framer and building serverless APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Understanding of analytics, experimentation, and attribution techniques.
  • Experience using A/B testing tools like Amplitude and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong design sensibility and ability to create accessible user experiences.
  • Familiarity with SEO, performance optimization, and CRO best practices.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and communicate cross-functionally.
