(Remote, CST-friendly | $160–170k base + ~20% bonus)

A global household name is rebuilding its supply chain backbone on a modern Java microservices architecture with deep AI/automation integration. We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead this transformation — defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for supply chain optimization while managing a team of Product Owners and developers.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the supply chain product vision, roadmap, and execution.
• Partner with engineering on Java-based microservices and vendor APIs.
• Oversee migrations (WMS + forecasting → NetSuite) and 3PL warehouse adoption.
• Drive vendor-based returns and advanced order routing systems.
• Integrate AI agents for exception handling, predictive forecasting, and real-time optimization.
• Define KPIs and deliver measurable ROI across supply chain operations.

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years product management, 3+ at senior/lead level.
• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS/B2B supply chain or logistics products.
• Strong understanding of microservices (Java) and cloud-based architectures.
• Skilled communicator and problem-solver in complex, legacy-to-modern environments.
• Bonus: AI/ML-driven supply chain experience, AWS, MBA.
