Junior Business Analyst

We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our Intelligent Automation practice, where you will contribute to transformative projects leveraging automation and AI-powered tools to drive business innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Support design, testing, and deployment of automation tools including RPA and AI solutions
• Upskill in AI technologies to enhance project outcomes and delivery
• Utilize AI tools to streamline automation and data analysis processes
• Participate in client workshops to build strong relationships and gain insights
• Develop documentation and propose recommendations for process improvements

Requirements

• A strong desire to grow professionally in Intelligent Automation and AI
• Basic understanding of AI and intelligent automation concepts or tools
• Analytical mindset with skills in problem-solving and process evaluation
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
• A proactive approach toward learning new technologies and methodologies

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI tools such as natural language processing tools, prompt engineering, or automation platforms like UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere
• Familiarity with business analysis frameworks, methodologies, or tools
• Fluency in German to contribute to more diverse projects
