Role Overview As the Digital Demand Product Owner, you’ll manage incoming business requirements from Commercial, Propositions and other key stakeholders and ensure they are assessed, prioritised, and translated into deliverable work for the Digital In Life squads. You’ll act as a central coordination point between business demand and squad capacity, aligning incoming initiatives with OKRs and digital strategy. You will work across Care, XSUS, and Retention domains, supporting the successful flow of work from ideation through to delivery. A key priority for H2 2025 is to establish and enable a new squad to increase delivery capacity - this role will be pivotal in shaping and coordinating that effort. Key Responsibilities Business Demand Management Own the intake and triage process for new digital requests from Commercial, Propositions, And Other Business Functions Translate high-level business needs into clear problem statements and delivery briefs Ensure initiatives are prioritised based on value, effort, strategic alignment and squad capacity Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their goals, timelines and success criteria Delivery Alignment Work closely with Product Owners and Delivery Leads across Care, XSUS, and Retention to allocate work effectively Coordinate cross-squad initiatives and dependencies, ensuring seamless handovers and consistent prioritisation Support planning and backlog readiness for new squads, including ramp-up and roadmap shaping for H2 2025 squad build Use OKRs, performance metrics, and roadmap goals to guide decision- making and delivery focus Communication & Governance Maintain visibility of the end-to-end funnel of demand, with clear tracking of status, ownership and next steps Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on prioritisation decisions, delivery progress, and risks Facilitate workshops, demand reviews, and planning sessions with business and digital stakeholders Continuously evolve the demand process to improve efficiency, transparency and delivery velocity What We’re Looking For Experience Experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Delivery Manager or similar coordination role within a digital organisation Strong track record of managing and prioritising cross-functional business requirements in a complex environment Exposure to Agile delivery practices and experience working with squads or scrum teams Experience in telco, eCommerce or subscription-based models is a plus Skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong organisational and planning abilities - able to manage multiple workstreams in parallel Confident translating ambiguous or high-level business needs into structured Requirements Familiarity with digital tooling (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Miro, Agile boards) Comfortable using data and KPIs to influence prioritisation and drive decision- making Mindset & Attributes Delivery-driven with a proactive and structured approach A natural collaborator who can navigate complexity and ambiguity Customer-focused, commercially aware, and results-oriented Resilient and adaptable in a fast-changing environment Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Digital, Technology) Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, CSPO) or experience in scaled Agile environments is a bonus
