We acquire and scale digital assets that generate qualified, high-intent traffic through SEO, paid media, and conversion-focused funnels, turning user demand into measurable revenue and commercial growth. About The Role We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Senior Sales Manager to grow our affiliate and partnership network. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys closing high-value deals, and has a strong understanding of performance marketing, the iGaming industry and affiliate ecosystems. You will play a key role in expanding our partner portfolio, optimizing existing relationships, and identifying new revenue opportunities across multiple verticals and markets. What you'll do
- Build, manage, and optimize affiliate accounts while maintaining strong, long-term partner relationships
- Identify and onboard new commercial partners
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing high-value opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, content, marketing) to align campaigns and offers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify strategic opportunities
- Manage inbound sales leads and optimize the conversion funnel
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance, partnerships, and market insights
- Support commercial strategy through new initiatives, products, and growth channels
- Represent the company at international conferences and networking events
- Take ownership of ad hoc commercial and operational projects
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in Sales and Account Management department within the iGaming industry (mandatory)
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex commercial deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Strong CRM skills, preferably from HubSpot
