Location: WFH with the ability to travel to the DC area for occasional meetings
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and user requirements
- Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and other implementation-ready artifacts
- Support Product Managers, Product Owners, and development teams in mapping features and user stories to epics and refining backlog items
- Help ensure requirements are clear, prioritized, and ready for Sprint and Program Increment (PI) execution
- Facilitate or support Sprint Planning, backlog refinement, Sprint Reviews/Demos, and related Agile ceremonies
- Validate delivered functionality against business needs, acceptance criteria, and user expectations
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, testers, and user experience staff to ensure requirements align with mission and product goals
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of IT experience
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience
- 3+ years of Product Owner experience
- BS, BA, or equivalent
- Ability to meet minimum Public Trust, Tier 2 requirements
- CSPO or SAFe POPM
- Experience with the federal acquisition ecosystem
- Experience supporting systems related to the federal acquisition lifecycle, procurement, contract management, supplier engagement, or other mission-support business processes
