The Role:
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies across the Midlands territory. Your focus will be on growing revenue and market share within heavy industrial sectors such as oil & gas, power generation, aerospace, and other high-demand applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage key customer relationships across your region.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities in target sectors.
- Deliver technical, consultative sales solutions that meet complex customer requirements.
- Work closely with internal engineering and applications teams to ensure technical excellence.
- Report on sales performance and pipeline development, supporting overall business objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong mechanical engineering background, ideally qualified to HNC/HND or degree level.
- Proven technical sales experience, selling engineered or hydraulic-based solutions.
- A solid understanding of hydraulic principles and industrial applications.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – self-driven, commercially astute, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable working autonomously, managing your own territory and accounts.
