Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers and automation professionals
- Design, develop, and deliver automation and AI-driven solutions for clients
- Build and improve modern development workflows and automation frameworks
- Partner with leadership to shape the team's technical direction and growth
- Contribute hands-on to development projects and technical problem solving
- Support the implementation of AI technologies, including automation and RAG-based solutions
- Drive innovation and help identify new opportunities for clients
About You
- 5-7+ years of software development experience
- Recent experience working with automation technologies and AI-driven solutions
- Previous management, team leadership, or technical lead experience
- Comfortable remaining hands-on with coding and architecture
- Experience building automation workflows, integrations, and scalable systems
- Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and modern AI tooling is highly desirable
- A creative, adaptable problem-solver who can think beyond traditional corporate processes
