Forte Group is looking for a visionary, technology-forward Senior Product Owner to serve as the driving force for our AI Delivery Tribe. This role exists to bridge the gap between engineering, AI capabilities, and business operations, ensuring full alignment on product priorities. You will own the product lifecycle of our AI-driven automation capabilities, shifting the organization toward an AI-first Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) where AI agents draft artifacts and engineers verify them.
This is a high-impact leadership position sitting at the intersection of AI innovation, enterprise SaaS strategy, and operational engineering. We need a leader who can not only shape the future of AI-assisted system configuration but also establish rigorous frameworks to measure and maximize the ROI, speed, and safety of AI-generated deliverables.
The product is a next-generation automation and configuration intelligence layer for a complex, market-leading Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform built for the leasing industry. Enterprise system onboarding and customer implementation traditionally take years due to massive amounts of documentation, data mapping, and business logic setups. We are changing that by building an AI-first automated framework. We source implementation metadata, process workflows, and business requirements from multiple formats, then use AI agents to curate, normalize, validate, and map them into production-ready configuration data. Our vision is to eliminate friction in enterprise system adoption, empowering deployment teams and consultants to drastically accelerate client onboarding through intelligent self-service and automated data flows.
As a senior leader in the tribe, you will contribute to its success by:
- Driving AI-First Alignment: Sitting between data science/engineering and business teams to ensure everyone builds towards highly repeatable AI workflows and automation patterns
- Cultivating AI Discipline: Implementing strict validation and verification frameworks to ensure AI-generated output (code, configurations, data parsers) is production-grade
- Strategic Communication: Acting as the primary voice to communicate progress, AI efficiency gains, and transformation breakthroughs to all key stakeholders
- Balancing Value: Making pragmatic "speed with control" decisions that balance rapid AI leverage with data security and compliance requirements
- Influencing Change: Acting as a catalyst for cultural transformation, helping teams shift from traditional manual configurations to intent-driven AI delegation
Key Responsibilities
- AI Product Vision & Strategy: Own the vision and roadmap for the AI automation product layer, translating complex implementation pain points into scalable, outcome-based AI solutions
- Outcome-Led Delivery: Prioritize features and balance trade-offs between prompt engineering, model tuning, tool development, and long-term product health
- Operational Maturity: Act as the Product Manager for AI operational capabilities, including prompt management, agent monitoring, failure mode alerting, and repeatable "golden prompt" templates
- Transformation Leadership: Lead the shift toward an AI-first PDLC, ensuring that automated verification gates, AI leverage tracking, and security scanning are embedded early in all delivery tracks
- Success Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators such as onboarding lead-time reduction, AI adoption rate, configuration defect escape, and DORA metrics
- Commercial Impact: Partner with Client Success, Delivery, and Sales to validate the business impact and efficiency ROI of the AI automation framework during new client onboarding
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong background in B2B Enterprise SaaS, ERP systems, or complex data integration platforms
- AI/ML Product Experience: Proven experience launching AI/ML features, automated data flows, LLM-backed applications, or complex automation frameworks
- Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional tribes through technology transformations, workflow redesigns, and operational changes
- Technical & Data Acumen: Good understanding of data structures, schema mapping, API integrations, and the operational characteristics of modern cloud-native software
- Stakeholder Mastery: Exceptional ability to influence engineers, data scientists, and senior business leaders in ambiguous, high-pressure environments
- Ownership Mindset: A clear communicator with a strong sense of accountability for product outcomes, AI safety, and tribe effectiveness
