Business Intelligence Analyst (Excel) | $50/hr Remote

Position: Business Intelligence Consultant

Type: Contract

Compensation: $40 - $50/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

• Leverage advanced Excel skills to structure, analyze, and present data for AI model training.
• Collaborate with the customer s team to deliver insightful business intelligence solutions.
• Prepare, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure data accuracy for AI systems.
• Develop and document BI workflows with clear written and verbal communication.
• Translate business questions into actionable data insights for model improvement.
• Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Excel for AI training.

Requirements

• Have strong relevant experience in business intelligence or analytics, focusing on Excel.
• Exceptional proficiency in advanced Excel features such as Power Query, PivotTables, VBA, and data modeling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex data insights to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and deliverables efficiently.
• Solid understanding of business processes and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience cleaning, preparing, and validating large datasets for analytics or AI training purposes.
