About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team at Booksy. Qualifications The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in customer success, account management, or client support is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to understand and articulate technical concepts clearly. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, a customer-centric mindset, and proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite are required. Familiarity with the beauty, wellness, or service industry will be considered a plus. Candidates should also possess strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude towards continuous learning and improvement. Responsibilities As a Customer Success Manager at Booksy, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Onboarding new clients and providing comprehensive training to ensure a smooth transition onto the platform.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Understanding clients’ business needs and offering tailored solutions to optimize their use of Booksy’s platform.
  • Monitoring client engagement and usage metrics to identify opportunities for upselling or additional support.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product improvements.
  • Developing and delivering educational content, including webinars, tutorials, and best practice guides.
  • Proactively identifying potential challenges and providing strategic guidance to help clients achieve their business goals.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress within CRM systems.
