Full Stack Developer (Python & React)
Rate: £550 - £560 per day (Umbrella)
Location: Remote (UK)
Clearance Required: Active SC Clearance
The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a delivery-focused engineering team, building and enhancing modern web applications within a secure environment.
This role offers the opportunity to work across the full technology stack, developing scalable back-end services and intuitive front-end applications while collaborating within Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications.
- Build and support back-end services using Python and Flask.
- Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React and JavaScript.
- Create and consume RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver business requirements.
- Contribute to code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support application deployments and ongoing enhancements.
- Follow software engineering best practices and secure development principles.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience with Python development.
- Experience building applications using Flask.
- Strong front-end development experience using React and JavaScript.
- Experience developing and consuming APIs.
- Understanding of modern software development best practices.
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Active SC Clearance.
