• Product Ownership & Backlog Management
• Own, maintain, and prioritize product backlogs for assigned initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture, refine, and translate requirements into actionable user stories.
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure development teams have sufficient detail to execute work effectively.
• Balance competing priorities while maximizing delivery of business value.

Requirements & Solution Definition

• Partner with Marketing and IT stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Work closely with architects, analysts, and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business needs.
• Support migration activities associated with the organization's evolving technology stack.

Agile Delivery Leadership

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including:
• Sprint Planning
• Backlog Refinement
• Daily Stand-ups
• Sprint Reviews
• Retrospectives
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Ensure user stories are appropriately groomed, estimated, and prioritized.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate closely with multiple Product Owners supporting related initiatives.
• Communicate roadmap priorities, delivery status, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate sequencing of migration activities across teams to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.

Delivery & Quality Assurance

• Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release planning activities.
• Monitor progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar Agile delivery role.
• Proven experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs.
• Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Hands-on experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across Marketing and IT organizations.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple development teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree, Experience supporting Marketing Technology (MarTech), Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, or Customer Engagement platforms.
• Experience with technology modernization, migration, or transformation programs.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar platforms.
• Scrum Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent).
• Experience working in large enterprise environments with cross-functional teams.
