Job Title: Project Manager

Contract Duration: 6 months to start but possibility of extension for the right candidate (not guaranteed)

Location: Chicago, IL

Work Arrangement: Open to remote candidates (must work EST or CST standard working hours)

Pay Range: $52-58/hour

Summary

This Project Manager is responsible for performing key duties associated with their role, contributing to organizational goals and ensuring operational efficiency. This role is on the L&D team and focuses on 3 main parts of the role (Project Management, Communications and Analytics). This position requires collaboration within the team and a high energy team player would fit in great.

Responsibilities

• Execute core responsibilities aligned with the Project Manager role.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and compliance efforts.
• Utilize relevant tools and technologies to perform tasks effectively.
• Project Management: managing meetings, cadence, keeping team organized
• Communications: orchestration of content, works with others on crafting comms and submitting them
• Analytics: pulling data and putting it into something that we can communicate
• Experience with MS Excel, specifically pivot tables
• Experience with MS PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or certification in the field.
• 3-5 years in a Project Management role
• High level of organization is a must
• PowerPoint is a must
• Smartsheet is a must
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in applicable software and systems.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• High energy team player
