The opportunity

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our team, supporting the delivery and implementation of our iEnvision and other Envision software across a global client base.

In this role, you'll lead end-to-end software implementation projects, partnering closely with clients and internal technical teams to ensure successful onboarding, configuration, and adoption of the platform. Acting as the primary point of contact, you'll guide clients through the implementation lifecycle managing timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

You'll work cross-functionally with product, data, and technical teams to support integrations, troubleshoot issues, and drive solutions, while maintaining a strong focus on delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires a balance of technical understanding and strong client management, including the ability to navigate complex conversations around timelines, scope, and change.

This is a highly visible, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex implementations. This is a remote opportunity from in Hungary or Serbia.

Role responsibilities

• Manage multiple teams of 5+ people to implement various iEnvision implementation projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Communicate progress, milestones, and updates to stakeholders at all levels.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for delivery implementation projects.
• Contribute to continuous PMO process improvements.

Do you have what we are looking for?

• Two to six (2-6) years of software project management experience.
• Experience in a client-facing role.
• Experience working within a fast-paced technical environment.
• Experience with commercial software and global implementations.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to demonstrate a high level of organization.
• An ability to rapidly grasp and apply complex business and technical concepts.
• The desire to provide the highest quality service to our clients.
• Technical/Business experience with iEnvision & Medical Affairs is a plus.
