The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager based in Europe to join our high-growth team. This is a 100% performance-based role designed for a true hunter who thrives on closing high-value deals.

This is not a lead generation role. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

What You Will Do

  • Pipeline Generation: Develop and execute strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls, deliver tailored demos, and articulate the ROI of our BI & AI solutions to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Deal Negotiation: Manage proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts starting at $20K+.
  • Account Growth: Nurture relationships to secure recurring monthly engagements.

Compensation Structure

  • High-Percentage Commission: Generous payouts on both one-time projects and recurring revenue.
  • Residual Income: Earn commissions for up to 12 months on active client accounts.
  • Uncapped Earning Potential: Your income directly reflects your results.
  • Equity Opportunity: Available for top performers demonstrating sustained revenue contribution.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven success closing B2B deals valued at $20K+.
  • Location: Europe
  • Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of BI, Power BI, or AI solutions at a business level.
  • Drive: Proactive "hunter" mentality comfortable with a commission-only structure.
