Product Owner

Join Our Team as a Product Owner for QA Automation! Are you passionate about driving innovation and ensuring quality software through automation? We're looking for a Product Owner to join our agile team to contribute to our quality improvement effort. In this role, you'll work to define and prioritize the vision for automated testing solutions, ensuring our software meets the highest standards for quality, performance, and reliability. What You'll Do

• Collaborate with QA Automation Team: Work closely with the QA automation engineers to define test automation strategies, ensuring that automated testing is integrated seamlessly throughout the development lifecycle.
• Document and Configure: Capture requirements for test automation solutions and ensure user stories meet specifications to support efficient testing workflows.

Your Responsibilities

• Agile Process Expert: Be a key player in our scrum teams, actively participating in all agile activities. Facilitate key ceremonies like sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Showcase test automation solutions to stakeholders, highlighting their value and impact on software quality.
• Deliver Testing Vision: Define and communicate the vision for QA automation features, including test strategies, acceptance criteria, and test coverage. Ensure that automated testing meets the needs of development and business goals.
• Refine and Plan Testing Requirements: Work with internal teams to document testing requirements using User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Workflows. Prioritize stories and tasks based on business impact, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall goals.
• Take Ownership of Testing Backlog: Manage and track progress on the testing backlog, identifying and communicating risks and dependencies to ensure smooth project flow. Ensure accountability for high-quality deliverables and alignment with project timelines.
