Product Owner – Land Management & Microsoft Dynamics 365

We would like to meet a Product Owner – Land Management & Microsoft Dynamics 365 for a project with a remote working model from Portugal. All candidates must be in Portugal.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Functional Product Owner to lead the evolution of critical business applications supporting land management processes.

You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, owning the product backlog, translating business needs into functional requirements, supporting testing and UAT, and collaborating with Microsoft Dynamics 365 teams in a managed service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritise the product backlog, features and defects.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops and act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
• Support manual functional testing, test case definition and UAT coordination.
• Manage incidents and defects, including root cause analysis and SLA monitoring.
• Support reporting and analytics using Power BI.
• Collaborate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform teams.
• Contribute to business process modelling and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Functional Lead.
• Experience in Agile environments, with knowledge of Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong experience in requirements analysis, backlog management and user story definition.
• Experience with manual testing, UAT, incident and defect management.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform and SQL.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps and/or Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in land management, real estate, property management or related domains is highly valued.
