As a Product Engineering Lead, you’ll guide a talented Agile team of backend engineers, shaping the future of our platform while mentoring and inspiring those around you. This is a high-impact role where your architectural decisions, technical expertise, and leadership will directly influence how thousands of devices are managed across enterprises worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing backend engineering team
• Design and deliver scalable backend systems using Python and cloud-native tools
• Make key architectural decisions and champion engineering best practices
• Collaborate with Product, Security, QA, and Ops to ship high-impact features
• Continuously improve performance, reliability, and developer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Python development experience
• 3+ years leading Agile teams in a fast-paced product environment
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, but AWS/GCP welcome)
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems
• A passion for collaboration, clean code, scalable systems, and continuous improvement

Bonus Points For

• Experience working with Model Context Protocols (MCPs), particularly in environments involving automation, orchestration, or AI integration
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code
