Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Senior Program Manager for DBL in Australia. The Senior Program Manager represents the business to our clients day to day, and ensures the high quality delivery of our programs and services. This includes the design, implementation, and delivery of learning and development programs, as well as identifying opportunities to provide additional value to clients. Responsibilities include client relationship management, driving program success, collaborating with stakeholders, impact reporting and ensuring the highest quality in program delivery. The role entails managing program timelines, budgets, and outcomes to align with client needs and business goals.
