We Are Dcoded are the exclusive partner to a leading consultancy delivering a complex data and Single Customer View (SCV) programme.

They are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bring structure, clarity and execution discipline across a multi-layered CRM and data landscape.

This is a contract role suited to a BA who is comfortable operating between business use cases, campaigns/products, and the underlying data architecture, translating ambiguity into clear, traceable delivery artefacts.

The Role

Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and the data platform, you will ensure use cases are grounded in what the CRM and data architecture can reliably support.

You will:

• Capture and document technical and non-technical requirements
• Translate system dependencies into clear, structured data requirements
• Shape delivery artefacts and maintain traceability
• Complete detailed gap analysis with associated risks and benefits
• Support business case formation and value definition
• Facilitate and lead structured workshops
• Own data mapping across multiple data sources into a unified schema
• Ensure governance, best-practice design and alignment across initiatives

This role requires someone comfortable operating across business change, CRM platforms, and data architecture not just process mapping, but real translation between use case and platform capability.

What They’re Looking For

• Strong Business Analyst experience within complex CRM and data environments
• Experience delivering Single Customer View (SCV) or similar data consolidation initiatives
• Ability to elicit, document and manage:
• Functional requirements
• Non-functional requirements
• Business rules and constraints
• Experience producing:
• Clear requirement documentation
• Structured backlogs
• Delivery artefacts
• Gap analysis documentation
• Strong understanding of value definition and benefits realisation (technical and non-technical)
• Experience translating business use cases into data models / schemas
• Confident workshop facilitator with senior stakeholder exposure
• Consultancy experience is highly advantageous.
