We’re currently looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join a high-performing team on a 12-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on impactful Salesforce initiatives within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize processes, and drive successful Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Work closely with developers, admins, and product teams
• Support end-to-end delivery across Salesforce projects
• Drive process improvements and best practices

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Agile/Scrum experience is highly desirable.
