Why you’ll love this role As a Senior Product Owner, you are the engine of our product delivery. You own the product backlog—translating that vision into a clear, prioritized, and actionable path for our engineering teams. You will be the domain expert who ensures our foreign exchange and payment products are built with precision, speed, and strategic alignment.

What you’ll do

  • Backlog Ownership: Own, prioritize, and maintain a comprehensive product backlog. You are responsible for ensuring the team is always working on the highest-value tasks. 
  • Roadmap Translation: Work closely with the Head of Product to elaborate roadmap features into detailed user stories, technical requirements, and clear acceptance criteria. 
  • Sprint Leadership: Lead sprint planning, refinement, and review sessions. You are the primary point of contact for the development team, providing clarity and making real-time decisions. 
  • Delivery & Quality: Partner with engineering and external vendors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features, managing the release process and thorough documentation. 
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders (Compliance, Treasury, Sales), ensuring transparent communication on progress and trade-offs. 
  • Support & Triage: Provide second-line support by triaging production issues, ensuring that critical fixes are prioritized and resolved without losing development momentum. 

What you’ll bring

  • Experience: At least 6 years of experience in product ownership or management, with a proven track record in financial services. 
  • Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of foreign exchange, digital wallets, and payment processing is essential for this senior role. 
  • Agile Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in agile methodologies and a high "comfort level" with the pace of a scale-up environment. 
  • Analytical skill Set: Exceptional analytical expertise, leveraging data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving.  
  • Proactive AI Adopter: A genuine excitement for the potential of AI. You can demonstrate how you are already using AI tools to improve your work and are hungry to become an expert.
