Priority:Top Priority – Ex-AT&T candidates stronglyJob Overview: We are urgently seeking a Senior Product Owner / Product Manager with a strong background in enterprise-level product delivery. This role supports a critical initiative driving product strategy from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and multi-release roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Backlog Management: Own the product backlog; prioritize features, refine user stories, and ensure clear acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Agile Leadership: Lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) and act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and engineering.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, QA, Operations, Architecture) to resolve blockers and ensure timely delivery.
• Analysis: Conduct competitive research, gather complex requirements, and define KPIs/metrics to measure product success.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within large enterprise environments.
• Domain Knowledge: Deep experience in Telecom, Digital Platforms, or Customer-Facing Enterprise Systems. Previous AT&T experience is highly desired.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to shape technical requirements and work closely with architects and security teams.
• Methodology: Expert-level knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to manage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
