About The Role The Dynamics CRM/365 CE Business Analyst role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative greenfield implementations within the charitable sector. This position is primarily home-based, providing flexibility and work-life balance, with occasional travel to client sites depending on project phases. The successful candidate will be instrumental in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating these into functional specifications to support the deployment of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, facilitate workshops, and develop detailed documentation to ensure successful project delivery. This role is ideal for a professional with a proven track record in Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, who is passionate about making a meaningful impact within the non-profit space. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). Key qualifications include experience managing end-to-end CE/CRM implementation cycles, from initial analysis to go-live support. Prior experience working within the non-profit or charitable sectors is highly desirable, demonstrating an understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of these organizations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective stakeholder management and workshop facilitation. Candidates should also demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 or related fields will be advantageous. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and gather detailed requirements, including AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to identify key business needs and priorities.
  • Develop functional design documentation to guide system configuration and customization.
  • Participate in system installation, testing phases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet client specifications.
  • Provide training and support to key users, ensuring smooth adoption of the new CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to analyze existing processes and recommend system improvements for enhanced efficiency.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients throughout project lifecycle, providing updates and managing expectations.
