As part of our expansion into digital assets and blockchain-based projects, we are seeking an experienced Blockchain Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.

Role Overview

The Blockchain Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering blockchain and crypto-related projects. This role requires strong coordination skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of blockchain and crypto projects
• Coordinate between technical, trading, and business teams
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure projects align with business and investment objectives
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in blockchain, crypto, or fintech
• Understanding of blockchain technology and digital assets
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience working with remote and cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with DeFi, Web3, or crypto infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies
• Background in finance, fintech, or investment environments
• PMP, Agile, or similar certifications

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary from $120,000 – $180,000 USD annually
