Product Manager - AutomatePro

Location: Remote UK

Salary Range: £70,000- £80,000

We're hiring a Product Manager and SPM Owner (one role!) to help build a world-class product organisation. You'll turn customer and business needs into clear, actionable requirements, drive alignment across engineering, design, QA and GTM teams, and ship customer-centric features that scale.

What you'll do

• Translate customer needs into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, QA and stakeholders
• Optimise delivery and velocity - unblock teams, refine the backlog, sharpen sprint planning
• Use product analytics and customer feedback to guide the roadmap
• Run bi-weekly planning, quarterly roadmap reviews and customer roundtables
• Deliver 90% of roadmap items on time and in scope, with a <2% post-release defect rate
• Lead adoption of SPM on the ServiceNow Platform, migrating off a custom in-house solution
• Rethink product content and documentation so customers always have accurate, complete material across product and support channels
• Contribute as a member of the AMP Vision Council

What you'll bring

• Technical fluency- automation frameworks, CI/CD, test coverage, quality metrics
• Experience with product analytics and data-driven decision-making
• Deep customer empathy and strong product sense for automation (reliability, speed, integration, maintainability)
• Proven ability to align engineering, QA, DevOps and customer teams
• Excellent prioritisation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
