We're partnering with a leading organisation in the healthcare and aged care sector undertaking a significant enterprise-wide technology transformation.
We're seeking an experienced, technically strong Senior Technical Business Analyst to work across complex enterprise systems, investigate business and technical challenges.
This is not simply a requirements-gathering role. We're looking for someone who can independently drive discovery, challenge assumptions, identify root causes and deliver meaningful recommendations to support business improvement and technology decisions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead business and technical analysis across multiple enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Conduct current-state assessments, mapping business processes, applications, system integrations, interfaces and data flows.
- Investigate complex operational and technical issues, performing root cause analysis across systems, data and processes.
- Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to uncover requirements, identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Analyse data models, system interactions and integration dependencies across enterprise platforms.
- Develop clear technical documentation, process maps, findings and recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
- Support testing, UAT, quality assurance and defect investigation throughout delivery.
What You'll Bring
- Strong technical understanding of system integrations, interface mapping, data analysis and enterprise applications.
- Experience across ERP, Finance, HRIS, CRM or other complex enterprise platforms.
- Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale technology transformation or system implementation programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex issues and identify root causes.
- Practical exposure to testing, UAT and quality assurance activities.
- Healthcare, aged care or Care Management System experience will be highly regarded.
