Role Description
We’re looking for a Project Manager who brings structure, momentum, and confident leadership to our delivery work.
In this role, you will own and lead the successful delivery of legal technology projects by:
- Managing end‑to‑end project lifecycles — scoping, planning, execution, and close‑out
- Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and delivery roadmaps
- Driving clear, proactive communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and trust
- Managing resources, prioritising tasks, and removing blockers to keep delivery smooth and predictable
- Overseeing documentation, RAID logs, status reporting, and quality controls with accuracy and care
- Identifying risks and issues early, proposing thoughtful mitigation strategies, and guiding decisions confidently
- Continuously improving delivery processes, bringing insights that make our work smarter, more efficient, and more human
- Contributing to a culture where quality is owned, curiosity is welcomed, and wins are celebrated
This is a remote role, with the option to join regular in‑person team days — because great work happens anywhere, but great rapport happens when we come together.
Qualifications
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in technology, legal tech, consulting, or related fields
- Strong project leadership skills — structured planning, confident decision‑making, and disciplined follow‑through
- Clear, warm, professional communication that builds trust with diverse teams and clients
- Solid technical proficiency and the ability to work closely with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Excellent problem‑solving instincts and the ability to manage competing priorities without losing quality
- Experience improving delivery processes and managing documentation with high attention to detail
- Comfort working on‑site with teams when needed, and adaptability in dynamic client environments
- Prior experience in legal or technology sectors is helpful, though not essential — values alignment matters most
