Specifically, the Manager - Project Manager Delivery will:

• Lead and oversee the strategic direction, management, and performance of the Project Management Team
• Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and support to a team of project managers.
• Ensure successful planning, execution, monitoring, implementation, and closing of Microsoft Cloud projects, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and related services.
• Evaluate existing project management practices, methodologies, and tools, strategically adapting the best of current practice while leading the evolution towards an elevated, experienced-driven set of practices, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects.
• Actively engage with executive leadership, stakeholders, and clients to align project objectives with business goals.
• Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, issue resolution, and status reporting across the project portfolio.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, project audits, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Monitor project portfolio and report on key performance indicators (KPI) as it relates to the projects under management.
• Foster an organizational culture emphasizing accountability, transparency, and collaboration.
• Adapt tools, techniques, and processes to the evolving needs of the business. Continuously research, evaluate, validate, implement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related discipline. Master's preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute, OR PRINCE2 Practitioner (required) OR Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
• 8-10 years of demonstrated experience in managing complex projects, specifically within Microsoft Cloud environments (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365).
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing teams within a Project Management Office or similar capacity.
• Proven experience working with a Microsoft partner organization, managing Microsoft-related project life cycles.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Exceptional in active listening, crisp, effective communication, leadership by example, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Excellence in executive-level communication – both verbal and in presentation a must.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, decision-making abilities, and proven capability in driving operational excellence.
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
