The successful candidate will lead multiple projects, partner closely with various teams to test new ad offerings, and support the sales team with advertiser onboarding. The role requires proactively addressing product readiness gaps, documenting feedback, and driving the standardization of new processes to optimize team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery and launch of innovative ad technologies, ensuring aggressive timelines are met.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for the testing of new ad offerings and strategy development.
• Support the sales team with advertiser onboarding, campaign setup, and resolving technical issues.
• Document user feedback and sales readiness for alpha and beta products, addressing product readiness gaps.
• Develop and standardize new program processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Must-Have Skills:

• Solid project management skills with experience in similar platforms (e.g., Social Media, Online Retail).
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams with data-driven insights.
• Proficient in troubleshooting ad products and developing, updating operational processes to drive efficiency.

Industry Experience:

• Preferably in Social Media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, or in the Online Retail domain.
