About the role

As Project Manager, you’ll lead the governance and structure that underpins how projects and product launches are planned, managed, and delivered across CONNETX, My Creative Box. With end-to-end oversight of projects and launches, you’ll establish clear project governance frameworks that provide visibility across the business, keeping teams aligned and ensuring that progress is meets key milestones, timelines and budgets.

Drawing on your toolkit of experience, here is what you will be doingProject Governance & Delivery (Company-wide)

• Manage company-wide project intake and prioritisation, keeping the portfolio visible for leadership and capacity planning.
• Run governance routines such as status updates, risk tracking, decision logs, and action management to keep teams aligned.
• Lead selected cross-functional projects, managing timelines, dependencies, and critical paths to ensure initiatives stay on track.

New Product Launch Readiness & Coordination

• Maintain a forward-looking launch calendar and coordinate readiness across product, design, operations, sales, and compliance.
• Align key launch milestones, including factory readiness, production planning, packaging/artwork, and safety testing.
• Ensure smooth handover into post-launch marketing with clear documentation, decisions, and context.

Systems, Reporting & Visibility (ERP – Odoo)

• Implement structured project and launch workflows in Odoo, ensuring consistent capture of project and product information.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting that provide clear visibility of project progress, risks, and key milestones.
• Continuously improve processes and information capture to support better decision-making across teams

About you

You’re a confident communicator and highly organised, forward-thinking Project Manager who enjoys bringing clarity to complex, cross-functional work. You naturally connect the dots across teams, keeping people aligned through strong collaboration, and drawing on proven project management experience, along with a sound understanding of best practices and governance.

You’re comfortable introducing practical systems and governance where things may still be evolving.

Our ideal candidate will bring:

• 3–5+ years’ experience in project management, project delivery, or a similar role
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving multiple teams
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several workstreams at once
• Clear communication skills and confidence facilitating meetings and driving alignment
• Experience working with ERP systems, project tools, or structured reporting environments.
• A systems mindset, with the ability to translate processes into practical workflows, tools, or dashboards

Experience with product development, product launches, or stage-gate frameworks would be beneficial but is not essential.
